  • Sessions are designed to be supportive, calming, and tailored to your comfort level. Depending on the service, your experience may include hands-on bodywork, gentle facial relaxation, or guided movement and breath.

    Each session encourages relaxation, ease, and connection to the body.

  • No experience is necessary. All offerings are accessible to beginners as well as those with prior experience.

    Yoga classes and personal sessions are guided with options to move at your own pace, and bodywork services are always adjusted to your comfort.

  • For massage and tuning fork facial sessions, you’ll be made comfortable on a treatment table, and draping is used as appropriate.

    For yoga, we recommend comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Mats and basic props are provided unless otherwise noted.

  • Yes. Sessions can be modified to accommodate physical limitations or areas of sensitivity. Please let your practitioner or instructor know about any injuries, conditions, or concerns prior to your session so care can be tailored appropriately.
