  • Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate of completion for the specific training, along with practical tools, techniques, and experiential knowledge you can immediately integrate into your life or practice.   • Both. Some participants enroll for personal healing, spiritual growth, or curiosity, while others intend to incorporate the modality into their professional offerings. Our trainings honor both paths, allowing you to use what you learn in a way that feels aligned for you.

  • Our certifications are experiential and hands-on, blending guided instruction, energetic practice, discussion, and integration. Classes are held in a supportive, respectful environment where questions are encouraged and learning unfolds at a natural pace. Whether in-person or online, the focus is on embodiment—not just information.
